I would pick this up in a record store probably just out of morbid curiosity. It’s interesting, disturbing, and cryptic. That’s one of the most haunting covers I’ve ever seen. Aside from the fact that they put out some of the best modern extreme metal out there, the Armed really know how to make a cool album cover.Ģ. So without further ado, let’s get into it. While a ton of albums, like the Adolescents’ 1981 self-titled or Bad Brains’ 1982 self-titled, are really good-looking, I want to list on some covers, that have the potential to be iconic but just… aren’t. ![]() Even if you’re not a punk fan, you can probably name at least a few iconic album covers.
